Professional protocol
Six controlled stages.
- Cleanse and prepare. Remove cosmetic buildup and finishing residue; rinse completely and dry the hair.
- Section and apply. Divide completely dry hair and apply evenly from lengths to ends, keeping approximately 1 cm away from the scalp.
- Process according to diagnosis. The reference time is approximately 30–60 minutes, adjusted after the strand test.
- Rinse according to the protocol. The rinsing level must follow the product guidance and professional evaluation.
- Dry and thermally align. Work with thin, uniform sections and use the lowest effective temperature compatible with the hair diagnosis.
- Finish and maintain. Complete the service according to professional technique and support the result with suitable home care.
Professional safety first
Always perform a strand test and skin sensitivity test. Review elasticity, porosity, strand thickness and previous chemical services before full application.
Do not use with incompatible systems such as ammonium thioglycolate, sodium hydroxide, guanidine or henna unless compatibility is formally confirmed by a qualified professional. Do not apply to an irritated scalp or hair that fails the strand test. Professional use only.
